Recruitment fee structures have hardly changed over the years, with many recruitment firms still calculating their fees based on a percentage of a hired candidates salary. Therefore, the higher the salary, the bigger the fee. We wanted to change this structure and level the playing field, so we ensure the following;
We cap our individual placement fees - unlike a traditional fee structure, we uniquely cap our placement fees (regardless of how high the candidate’s base salary is). Not only does this allow us to significantly reduce the cost of hiring, especially at the mid to senior level but also ensures we remain impartial as our fee does not continually increase against the candidates base salary.
We cap our clients yearly recruitment spend - if a client needs to make multiple hires within a 12-month period they can do so without their fees continually increasing with each and every hire. We cap their yearly hiring spend which reduces recruitment fees significantly.
Fees can be paid monthly - everything we do is designed to offer flexibility. All fees can be paid monthly over a 6 or 12-month period.
